Start a study

Check File units first(in Setup, left rail after upload): match how the part was modeled — mm for most CAD exports. Wrong units (mm vs in) skew loads and sizes ~25× and the solve still “succeeds”.

1. 1Upload a STEP (preferred) or watertight STL — one solid part, bracket-sized, is the ideal first file.
2. 2Tag faces on the 3D model: pick Support (fixed) and click where it bolts down, then Load and click where force pushes or pulls (in newtons).
3. 3Configure — study type, material, quality. Start on Draft; the credit estimate shows before anything runs.
4. 4Queue — watch progress on your Dashboard, then view stress maps and download the result.
