Exoform

Exoform

Generative design that earns its keep.

Guided FEA and generative design — from STEP to a printable organic mesh, with credits you can see before you run.

Draft studies from 25 credits — the estimate shows before anything runs.

One guided path from geometry to print.

Upload, tag fixtures and loads, then see the credit estimate before you queue. Get good results covers the checklist peers teach in Fusion, Inspire, and SimScale.

    Upload geometry

STEP for CAD faces; STL allowed if watertight. Declare length units — wrong scale ruins the solve.

    Tag fixtures and loads

Support (fixed) + Load (N), optional Preserve / Obstacle. Study Coach blocks incomplete setups.

    Estimate, then run

See credits before you queue. Draft first, then refine quality once deformation looks sane.

Additive ManufacturingComing soon

Fill a solid with printable internals.

Take a Study mesh or upload your own design volume, then generate beam lattices, shell + fill, or TPMS (gyroid / diamond) you can actually print — without a separate desktop lattice seat.

Powered by PicoGK, in final testing now. Finished Study meshes will hand off straight into the fill when it opens.

Print FEAComing soon

Check stress where the slicer actually prints.

Upload G-code or a mesh and run as-printed FEA that respects layer lines — so weak planes, load paths, and hot spots show up before you burn a build.

Built for makers validating topology or lattice results under real print orientation, not isotropic CAD assumptions alone. Opening after Additive.

Generative design for makers who print.

Export STEP from Onshape or your CAD tool, set loads and supports, then download an organic mesh ready for your 3D printer — without a desktop FEA seat.

Built for garage makers, additive shops, and anyone iterating printable parts who wants topology optimization with a credit estimate before the solve runs.

Questions makers ask first.

Short answers on generative design, Onshape STEP uploads, and 3D printer exports.

What is generative design in Exoform?
Exoform runs cloud topology optimization: you upload a STEP or STL, tag supports and loads, and get a lighter organic mesh you can print.
Can I use Onshape or other CAD with Exoform?
Yes. Export a STEP from Onshape or your CAD tool, declare length units, tag Support and Load faces, then queue a study.
Is Exoform for makers and 3D printers?
Yes. It is built for makers and additive workflows — Draft studies for iteration, then Standard or High when the deformation looks right, with STL/3MF-ready exports.
Do I need desktop FEA software?
No. Studies run on cloud workers. You see a credit estimate before you queue, and unused credits stay until you spend them.

Credits that match the solve.

Draft 25, Standard 80, High 240. Validation FEA adds 20. Unused credits stay until you spend them.
