Terms of Service

Last updated July 31, 2026. By using Exoform you agree to these terms.

The service

Exoform provides cloud FEA, generative design, Additive Manufacturing tooling, and related credit-based compute through www.exo-form.com and our solver API. Features depend on your plan and may change as we ship updates.

Accounts

You must sign in with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or security risk.

Credits, plans, and billing

Paid plans and credit packs are charged through Stripe. Monthly plan credits and pack credits add to your wallet balance. Credits are consumed when jobs run according to our published estimates; unused credits remain until spent unless we state otherwise for a promotion.

You can manage or cancel a subscription from Cancel subscription or the Stripe customer portal linked on Subscription. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund unused credits.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to attack, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or material you lack rights to use.
  • Do not reverse engineer the solvers beyond what the product UI and APIs expose for your plan.

Engineering disclaimer

FEA analysis is an engineering aid only — not certified and cannot guarantee the real-world characteristics of a part. Results depend on your geometry, boundary conditions, and material choices. Fit, tolerances, and safety must be confirmed with real-world engineering tests and qualified review before manufacture or use.

Intellectual property

Exoform, the site, solvers, and branding remain our property. You retain rights to geometry and designs you upload. We process them to run your jobs and operate the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law,Exoform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made from simulation output. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
