Privacy Policy

• Account data — email and profile details from sign-in (e.g. Google or email auth via Supabase).
• Billing data — plan, credit balance, and Stripe customer identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Job data — uploaded geometry, study settings, logs, and result artifacts needed to run and show your studies.
• Usage data — product events such as job status and approximate client diagnostics for reliability.

We use this information to authenticate you, run studies, bill credits, improve reliability, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal information.

Infrastructure partners process data on our behalf, including Supabase (auth, database, object storage, website hosting), Fly.io (solver API), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (DNS / edge routing to our site). Each processes data under their own terms and our configuration.

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting requirements. Study artifacts are retained so you can reopen history; you can delete individual studies from the Dashboard when the product supports it.

Sign out anytime from the account menu. Manage or cancel paid plans via Cancel subscription. For data access or deletion requests, email [email protected].

Exoform is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
